By booking services with LaundRunner, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Services Provided
LaundRunner offers laundry pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery services. Optional add-ons may include express service, special care/delicates, whites washed separately, and detergent preferences.
2. Pricing & Weight-Based Charges

Laundry services are priced at $1.95 per pound

Final pricing is based on the actual weight measured at pickup

Weight is determined using LaundRunner’s scale at the time of pickup
-
Selected add-ons are charged in addition to the base per-pound rate
3. Booking Fee / Deposit

A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm and secure your booking
-
The booking fee will be applied toward your final invoice
-
Booking fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, or refusals at pickup
4. Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued after pickup, once the laundry has been weighed and add-ons confirmed
-
Full payment of the remaining balance is required before or at delivery

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit/Debit Card
-
Zelle
-
Cash (upon delivery)
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
-
Cancellations made after booking confirmation may result in forfeiture of the booking fee

If laundry is not available at the scheduled pickup time, the booking fee is forfeited
6. Special Care Items

Customers are responsible for identifying delicate, specialty, or sensitive garments
-
LaundRunner is not responsible for damage due to:
-
Undisclosed fabric sensitivities
-
Manufacturer defects
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Whites washed separately and special care services are provided upon request only
7. Stains & Garment Condition

Stain removal is not guaranteed
-
LaundRunner is not liable for stains that cannot be removed or that reappear after washing
8. Lost or Damaged Items

Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cleaning cost of the affected item
9. Access & Pickup Instructions

Customers must provide accurate pickup details, including:

Gate codes
-
Building access
-
Pets on premises
-

LaundRunner is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible locations
10. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that:

Pricing is based on actual laundry weight at pickup

The booking fee is non-refundable
-
Final payment is required before or at delivery

11. Right to Refuse Service

LaundRunner reserves the right to refuse service for:

Unsafe conditions
-
Unsanitary items
-
Items that may damage equipment
12. Changes to Terms

LaundRunner may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Pockets, Personal Items & Foreign Objects

Clients are responsible for thoroughly checking all pockets and garments before pickup. LaundRunner is not responsible for:

Money, jewelry, electronics, documents, or personal items left in pockets

Damage to clothing caused by foreign objects (e.g., pens, coins, keys, gum)
-
Damage to washing equipment caused by items left in garments
-
If personal items are discovered during the laundry process, they will be secured and returned to the client at delivery, when possible. LaundRunner is not liable for loss, damage, or distortion of items that were not intended to be washed.
14. Creasing, Wrinkling & Fabric Behavior

LaundRunner provides professional wash, dry, and fold services. However:

Creasing, wrinkling, or fabric changes may occur due to material type, garment construction, or manufacturer specifications
-
LaundRunner is not responsible for wrinkles or creases that result from the normal laundering process
-
Ironing or pressing services are not included unless explicitly offered and selected as an add-on
